The Dandelion Relational Practice Cohort:

Experiential, cohort-based support for human service professionals ready to practice true, human-centered connection, even within a broken system.

The Reality of the Work

Most of us entered this field because we wanted to help people. But somewhere along the way, the system’s rigid timelines, cookie-cutter service plans, and relentless focus on compliance-based outcomes took over.

You may find yourself lying awake at 3:00 AM experiencing moral injury, feeling forced to push clients into "generalized boxes" or rushing to "fix" problems just to meet an arbitrary deadline. You cannot change the entire systemic behemoth, but you can change how you show up within it.

What is the
Relational Practice Cohort?

This is not a traditional, clinical "consultation group." It is an experiential, closed-cohort community designed to help professionals explore the how and why of showing up humanly in their work. We focus on reconnecting to the passion that brought you to this field, finding ways to feel good about your practice, and learning how to protect your relational integrity despite the limitations of the systems we work in.

Shifting from Power-Over to Power-With

Learning how to share power collaboratively and move away from fear-based compliance.

Managing Internal Discomfort

Practicing how to recognize our own internal drive to "fix" things, and learning to sit in the messy, slow reality of real progress.

Authenticity and Transparency

Exploring how to safely bring our authentic, human selves into the room with our clients.

The Structure:

How It Works

Vulnerability requires safety, and safety requires predictability. Because we are exploring the things that get in our way and practicing authentically, this is a closed cohort model.

01.    The Foundation Cohort:

A closed group meeting for 8 consecutive sessions. This format preserves the integrity of the group, builds profound community, and creates the felt safety required to do this deeply experiential work.

02.    The Alumni Drop-in Community

Once you have completed the Foundation Cohort, you become eligible to participate in our ongoing, flexible drop-in groups to receive continued support, community connection, and real-time practice.
