About the event

Reconnect to Your “Why.” Reclaim Your Practice.

The Dandelion Relational Practice Cohort is an experiential, closed cohort for human service professionals who want to reconnect with the human side of their work.

Many professionals enter this field to help people, yet compliance driven systems often push connection aside. This cohort creates a space to reflect, practice authentic connection, and explore how to maintain relational integrity within complex systems.

Participants will practice shifting from power over to power with, managing the internal pressure to fix problems quickly, and bringing authentic presence into their work with clients and families.

What We Will Practice

Participants will explore and practice:

  1. Power With Instead of Power Over: Learning how to share power collaboratively and move away from fear based compliance.

  2. Managing Internal Discomfort: Recognizing the urge to rush solutions and learning to sit with the slower reality of meaningful progress.

  3. Authenticity and Transparency: Exploring how to safely bring our human selves into the room with clients, families, and colleagues.

Schedule I Wednesdays | 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
