This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you interact with Dandelion — including the Lower Expectations Starter Kit, our emails, the Calmer Evenings Call, and the Connection Bridge program — and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you sign up for the Starter Kit or our emails: your name and email address. That's it. We use MailerLite to store your information and send our emails.

When you fill out our intake survey: your answers about your family and what's going on at home. We ask for this so a call with us is useful, not so we can market to you differently.

When you book a call: your name, email, and appointment time, through Google Appointments.

When you enroll in a program: payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's own privacy policy governs your payment information.

When we meet on Zoom: program sessions and some calls are recorded so participants can revisit them. We tell you before anything is recorded.

When you visit our pages: like most websites, our pages may use cookies and similar tools (including the Meta pixel) to understand how people find us and to show our ads to people who might want them. You can limit this through your browser settings and Meta's ad preferences.

What we do with it

We use your information to send you the emails you asked for, prepare for and hold calls with you, run our programs, and improve how we reach families who need this work.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone for their marketing.

About your family's information

Our work involves your children, but our relationship is with you, the parent or caregiver. We don't collect information directly from children. What you share with us about your family — in surveys, calls, or sessions — is treated as confidential and used only to support your work with us.

The services we rely on

A few trusted services process data on our behalf: MailerLite (email), Google (booking and calendar), Stripe (payments), Zoom (calls and recordings), and Meta (advertising). Each has its own privacy policy, and we only share what's needed for them to do their job.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. You can also ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you — just email us.
